CDC)\u53d1\u5e03\u4e86\u5176\u4e2d5\u4e2a\u6d1b\u6749\u77f6\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u75c5\u4f8b\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u9996\u6b21\u5173\u4e8e\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u62a5\u9053\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u51fa\u73b0\u4e86\u4e00\u79cd\u53ef\u6015\u602a\u75c5\u7684\u65b0\u95fb\u8fc5\u901f\u4f20\u64ad\u5f00\u6765\u30021981\u5e747\u67083\u65e5\u300a\u7ebd\u7ea6\u65f6\u62a5\u300b\u4ee5\u300a41\u540d\u540c\u6027\u604b\u8005\u51fa\u73b0\u7f55\u89c1\u764c\u75c7\u300b\u4e3a\u9898\u62a5\u9053\u4e86\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u7ebd\u7ea6\u548c\u65e7\u91d1\u5c71\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u75c5\u4f8b\u3002\u6b64\u540e\uff0c\u8d8a\u6765\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u75c5\u4f8b\u88ab\u5a92\u4f53\u62ab\u9732\u51fa\u6765\u3002\u7531\u4e8e\u6700\u65e9\u53d1\u73b0\u7684\u75c5\u4f8b\u90fd\u662f\u7537\u540c\u6027\u604b\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u75be\u75c5\u4e00\u5f00\u59cb\u88ab\u79f0\u4f5c\u201c\u7537\u540c\u6027\u604b\u764c\u75c7\u201d(Gay Cancer)\u30021982\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u75be\u63a7\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6b63\u5f0f\u5c06\u5176\u547d\u540d\u4e3a\u201c\u83b7\u5f97\u6027\u514d\u75ab\u7f3a\u9677\u7efc\u5408\u5f81\u201d(Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome\uff0c AIDS)\uff0c\u4e2d\u6587\u97f3\u8bd1\u4e3a\u201c\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u201d\u3002\u4e4b\u540e\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u81f4\u75c5\u75c5\u6bd2\u88ab\u5206\u79bb\u51fa\u6765\uff0c1986\u5e74\u56fd\u9645\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5b66\u4f1a\u5c06\u5176\u547d\u540d\u4e3a\u4eba\u7c7b\u514d\u75ab\u7f3a\u9677\u75c5\u6bd2(Human Immunodeficiency Virus\uff0cHIV)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u6bd2\u88ab\u786e\u8ba4\u540e\uff0c\u6eaf\u6e90\u95ee\u9898\u968f\u4e4b\u51fa\u73b0\u3002\u8fd9\u672c\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u4e25\u8c28\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5e94\u8be5\u7531\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u548c\u533b\u7597\u5de5\u4f5c\u8005\u4ee5\u79d1\u5b66\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u51b7\u6218\u8fdb\u5165\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4e2a\u9ad8\u6f6e\u768420\u4e16\u7eaa80\u5e74\u4ee3\u5374\u5f88\u5feb\u88ab\u653f\u6cbb\u5316\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u7f8e\u82cf\u51b7\u6218\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u201c\u65b0\u6218\u573a\u201d\uff0c\u4e24\u5927\u9635\u8425\u5bf9\u6b64\u5c55\u5f00\u4e86\u6fc0\u70c8\u7684\u8ba4\u77e5\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5b66\u672f\u754c\u5927\u591a\u662f\u628a\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u8d77\u6e90\u95ee\u9898\u4f5c\u4e3a\u51b7\u6218\u671f\u95f4\u7f8e\u82cf\u5ba3\u4f20\u6218\u7684\u6848\u4f8b\u8fdb\u884c\u5206\u6790\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u56fd\u9632\u5927\u5b66\u56fd\u5bb6\u6218\u7565\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7684\u7ecd\u6069\u548c\u83b1\u59c6\u7814\u7a76\u4e86\u91cc\u6839\u653f\u5e9c\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u53cd\u5236\u82cf\u8054\u7684\u201c\u79ef\u6781\u63aa\u65bd\u5de5\u4f5c\u7ec4\u201d(Active Measures Working Group)\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u904f\u6b62\u548c\u53cd\u51fb\u5173\u4e8e\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u8d77\u6e90\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u653b\u52bf\u662f\u5176\u6210\u529f\u6848\u4f8b\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6709\u7684\u5b66\u8005\u4ece\u60c5\u62a5\u53f2\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\uff0c\u68b3\u7406\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u8d77\u6e90\u95ee\u9898\u653f\u6cbb\u5316\u7684\u8fc7\u7a0b\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u6587\u732e\u5b66\u4ef7\u503c\u3002\u524d\u514b\u683c\u52c3\u7279\u5de5\u7c73\u7279\u7f57\u6b23\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u827e\u6ecb\u75c5\u8d77\u6e90\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u5ba3\u4f20\u653b\u52bf\u662f\u514b\u683c\u52c3\u6700\u6210\u529f\u7684\u53cd\u7f8e\u201c\u79ef\u6781\u63aa\u65bd\u201d(Active
